The 1st round of the NASA-SE AI/AIX/CMC 2008 Season Championship got under way the weekend of Feb. 9-10 at Carolina Motorsport Park (CMP). With the overall turnout being more than expected in all the race groups, it was evident that the racers were excited about getting the 2008 season started. Also, under new track management, the layout of the race course at CMP underwent some very positive improvements and the racers were also chomping at the bit to try out the new configuration and changes...
